Design Upload & Order FAQ

(Applicable for T-Shirts, Lanyards, ID Cards & Gift Items)

🛒 How do I place an order?

1.      Select your required product options (size, color, quantity, etc.).

2.      Enter your custom text/message in the “Write Your Message Here” box (optional).

3.      Upload your design file(s) using the Browse Files / Drag & Drop option (multiple files allowed).

4.      Click Add to Cart or Buy It Now to complete checkout.

📤 How can I upload my design?

You can share your design in two easy ways:

Option 1: Upload Design on Product Page

·         Upload one or multiple files using the upload section

·         Add any text instructions or notes in the message box

·         Complete checkout

·         Our team will review your details and share a design preview before production

Option 2: Send Design via WhatsApp

·         Place your order on the website

·         After order confirmation, send your design files or text details on WhatsApp

·         Please mention your Order ID

·         Our team will adjust the layout if required

·         A preview will be shared for approval before production

📁 Which file formats are accepted?

We accept the following file formats:

·         JPG

·         PNG

·         PDF

·         CDR (Recommended for best print clarity)

👉 Multiple file uploads are supported (for front/back print, logo + text, etc.)

🎨 What type of designs work best?

·         Simple and clear designs give the best printing results

·         High-resolution files are recommended

·         Avoid very small text or low-quality images

·         Final print quality depends on the selected printing method (screen, digital, etc.)

✏️ What if I don’t have a design?

No worries 😊

·         You can place the order by entering only text instructions

·         Basic design support is available on request

·         Our team will create or adjust the layout and share a preview

✅ Will I get a design preview before printing?

Yes ✔️

·         A design preview is shared before production

·         Printing/manufacturing starts only after your final approval

⚠️ Can I change the design after approval?

·         Once the design is approved, changes are not possible

·         Please carefully check spelling, colors, and layout before approval

📦 Do you accept bulk or corporate orders?

Yes 👍

·         We specialize in bulk & corporate orders

·         For large quantity or custom requirements, click “Bulk Order on WhatsApp”

·         Special pricing available for bulk orders

🔄 Are customized products returnable?

·         Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable

·         In case of manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately after delivery
